We also offer the following support to help keep you safe when traveling:
Before the trip
- Notifications - we'll inform Admins and Travel Managers which trips and travelers are affected by travel disruptions. This includes a summary of risk alerts, an overview of affected trips and contact details to request support.
- Trips list - on the Trips page, Admins and Travel Managers can see which trips are affected by travel disruptions.
- Who’s coming to the office email - Admins can subscribe to a weekly email with information about who is traveling and who's in specific offices. To subscribe to the email, see Subscribe to the Who's coming to the office email.
During the trip

Traveler map - on the Trips page, you can see where employees are at any time. To see full details of each traveler's trip, click Open traveler map.

24/7 Customer Care support - you can contact us anytime in case of emergencies.
- Integration with International SOS (ISOS) - our partner ISOS provides travelers with assistance, medical services and security services.
