If you're on the TravelPerk website:
- Go to the Help page
- Under Get in touch, click Need help? Chat with our support team or Get help with this booking.
- You'll see different options depending on whether you have active trips. Both options will open a chat with our team.
If you're on the TravelPerk app:
- Go to the Help tab
- Tap Ask us a question and select Chat with us
