Subscribe to the Who's coming to the office email

• Only Admins can use this feature

As part of our commitment to keeping travelers safe, you can subscribe to a weekly email with information about who is traveling and who is in specific offices.

To subscribe to the Who's coming to the office email, follow these steps:

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Under Account, select Addresses
3. On the office addresses you want to receive the email for, click the 3 dots and select Edit
4. Tick Display this address to your travellers box
   
5. Click Save address
6. Go to the Trips page
7. On the map, click the office you want to receive the email for
8. Click the Subscribe to office updates toggle
