Give and restrict access to TravelPerk

  • Only Admins can use this feature

You can give or restrict access when adding a new traveler to your account or editing someone's profile.

Travelers with access can sign into TravelPerk and manage their own trips and profiles. They must have a unique email that isn’t used by another traveler.

Travelers without access can't sign into TravelPerk and trip updates are sent to their email. 

 

When adding a new traveler

  1. Go to the People page
  2. Click Invite People
  3. At the bottom of the form, click add manually
  4. Under Access, select No access or Allow access
  5. Complete the form and click Add person

If you don't want the traveler to receive trip updates, select the Send trip updates to a different email checkbox and enter another email.

 

Edit an existing traveler's access

  1. Go to the People page
  2. Find the traveler you want to edit and click their name
  3. Next to Personal, click Edit
  4. Under Access, select No access or Allow access
  5. Click Save profile

If you need to change access for a large group of people, contact your Account Manager.
