You can give or restrict access while adding a new traveler to your account or editing someone's personal profile.
If the user needs to be able to sign in to TravelPerk, make sure to select allow access permission. They must also have a unique email that isn’t being used by another user so they can receive the access code to sign in.
If the user doesn’t need to be able to sign in to TravelPerk, make sure to select no access permission. Users with no access don’t need a unique email as they can’t sign in, but they can be added to a trip.
Tip: If you need to modify access for a large group of people, contact your account manager.
Send trip updates to a different email
If you don’t want users with access to receive trip updates, you can add a different email for communications.
- Click the Send trip updates to a different email checkbox
- Add the email where you want to receive updates
- Click Save
