Company matching and filtering with TravelPerk and the Hibob integration

You can automatically allocate and filter users by company on TravelPerk with the HiBob integration.

To match and filter by company on TravelPerk with the HiBob integration, follow these steps:

The company names on TravelPerk and HiBob must be identical

1. Go to Account settings
2. Under Account, select Companies
3. Check the company names on TravelPerk and make sure they are identical to the company names on HiBob
4. On HiBob, the company names are in a custom field - we recommend that you copy and paste the company name from there

Note: Names are case and character-sensitive, so they must be identical.

Edit the custom field mapping on TravelPerk

1. Go to Account settings
2. Select Integrations
3. Find the HiBob integration and click Manage
4. Click Edit
5. On the pop-up, click Map Fields and then Map Fields again
6. Search for the custom field where the company information is stored in Hibob, such as Employing Entity. If there a multiple options in the dropdown with the same name, select the original field name indicated as a string.
   
7. Click Save Mappings
   

   

8. It may take around 10 to 20 minutes to save, depending on the number of users you have in Hibob.
9. Click Finish Setup, then go to the configuration page on TravelPerk and follow the instructions below

Matching configuration on TravelPerk and the Hibob Integration

Companies must already be set up in TravelPerk using the exact name that appears in Hibob. 

1. Go to Account settings
2. Select Integrations
3. Find the HiBob integration and click Manage
4. Next to Sync settings, click Configure
   
5. You can filter by company on TravelPerk if you only want to add certain companies
   
6. TravelPerk can automatically assign employees to companies synced from Hibob. You can choose to automatically assign all companies or only selected companies

Note: If you choose only selected companies, any new users who are not part of the selected company will be assigned to the default company.
