You can automatically allocate and filter users by Company on TravelPerk with the Personio integration.
For more information about what a Company is on TravelPerk, see Understanding the account structure on TravelPerk.
To match and filter by Company on TravelPerk with the Personio integration:
Make sure that the Company names on TravelPerk are identical to Personio
- Go to Account settings
- Under Account, select Companies
- Check the Company names on TravelPerk and make sure they are identical to Personio
- On Personio, the Company names are in the Subcompany field - we recommend that you copy and paste the Company name from there
Note: Names are case and character-sensitive, so they must be identical.
Add Subcompany as a readable employee attribute in Personio
- On your Personio account, go to Settings
- Select Integrations, then select API Credentials
- Click the credential used
- Under Readable Employee Attributes, select Subcompany from the drop-down menu
- Click Save
Edit your existing Personio integration
- Go to Account settings
- Select Integrations
- Find the Personio integration and click Manage
- Click Edit
- On the pop-up, click Map fields and then Map fields again
- Search for and select Subcompany
- Click Save mappings
- It may take around 10 to 20 minutes to save depending on the number of users you have in Personio
- Click Finish Setup
Reconnect the integration TravelPerk for Personio Integration
Companies must already be set up in TravelPerk using the exact name that is in Personio.
- Go to Account settings
- Select Integrations
- Find the Personio integration and click Manage
- Next to Sync settings, click Configure

You can filter by Company on TravelPerk if you only want to add certain Companies to TravelPerk
- TravelPerk can automatically assign employees to Companies synced from Personio. You can choose to automatically assign all Companies or only selected Companies
Note: If you choose only selected Companies, any new users who are not part of the selected Company will be assigned to the default company.
