You can edit or archive custom fields whenever you like.
Edit custom fields
You can update the description, change the field options and make the field mandatory for all travelers. You can't edit the name of a custom field, but you can archive it and create a new field.
To edit a custom field, follow these steps:
- Go to Account Settings
- Under Cost Management, select Custom fields
- On the custom field you want to update, click the 3 dots and select Edit
- Make your changes and click Save Changes
Archive custom fields
You can't delete a custom field, but you can archive it so it doesn't appear in your custom fields list.
To archive a custom field, follow these steps:
- Go to Account Settings
- Under Cost Management, select Custom fields
- On the custom field you want to archive, click the 3 dots and select Archive custom field
To view archived custom fields, tick the box View archived fields.
To unarchive a custom field, click the 3 dots on the field you want to archive and select Unarchive.
