You can synchronize every trip you have booked on TravelPerk with your Outlook calendar by connecting your Microsoft account.
Once set up, all bookings made with TravelPerk will be displayed with general information about your trip like the Trip ID, departure and arrival times and booking reference. Any changes to your trips will be updated in your calendar.
You can link up to 5 calendars, but each one needs to have a different email account.
TravelPerk can only read and send information to the TravelPerk Trips calendar created by the integration. We won't have access to other events on your Outlook calendar.

Troubleshooting
Here are some common issues that you might face when setting up or using your synced Microsoft Outlook calendar.
- Make sure that you have a valid subscription and the necessary permissions from Microsoft. Permissions are managed by the calendar owner or administrator. If you are asked to Request approval - click the button and the owner will be notified. For more information, see the Microsoft website.
- If it says (BLOCKED) next to your calendar name, and you don't see any trip data in my Outlook calendar, or your calendar is not syncing correctly anymore, try the following:
- Disconnect your calendar on TravelPerk
- Delete all TravelPerk calendars in your Outlook - make sure all TravelPerk calendars have been deleted by refreshing Outlook and selecting Show all
- Follow the syncing process again on TravelPerk
