Would you like to have all your trips automatically synchronised with your Outlook calendar?
With the Microsoft Traveller calendar, you can now synchronise every trip you have booked on Travelperk to your personal Outlook calendar, simply by connecting to your Microsoft account.
Enable your Microsoft Traveller calendar
- Click your avatar on the right corner of the main navigation to access your Profile settings
- Scroll down to the Calendar sync panel where you see a button to connect your calendar.
- Click on the Add trips to calendar button, this will take you to the calendar sync page where you will find an option to connect your Microsoft Outlook calendar.
- After clicking on the Connect calendar button and you will be redirected to the Sign In with Microsoft dialogue
- Enter your password when prompted
- Sign In with your Microsoft account and grant access to the Travelperk Integration to "Have full access to your calendars, sign you in and read your profile and maintain access to data you have given it access to". This means the integration will only have permission to read the profile of signed-in users. It also allows the app to read basic company information of signed-in users and see and update the data you gave it access to, even when you are not currently using the app. This does not give the app any additional permissions.
- Click Accept as seen in the above dialogue, to provide access.
- Your new connection will now show as follows in the Synced calendars panel
- In your Outlook Calendar, you will have a new calendar called "TravelPerk Trips"
That's it! From this point, all your trips on TravelPerk will now automatically show up in this separate calendar on your personal Outlook calendar.
Disable your Microsoft Traveller calendar
If you would like to disconnect your Microsoft calendar at any point follow these steps
- Click your avatar on the right corner of the main navigation to access your Profile settings

FAQ - Frequently asked questions
What type of events will I see on my "Travelperk trips" calendar?
You will see any type of booking made at Travelperk like Flights, Hotels, Cars or Train reservations. Each one of those events will contain general information about the booking like its Travelperk ID, Departure, Arrival time or Booking reference.
Will modifications or cancellations be reflected in my "Travelperk trips" calendar?
Yes! Any changes to these bookings, like a different departure date or a cancellation, will be reflected in the calendar in a short time.
Can I have more than one Microsoft calendar account connected to my Travelperk account?
Yes! The integration allows adding up to 5 linked calendars. However, each one needs to have a different email account.
I get Unable to connect due to access token. Please try again. error when trying to connect my Microsoft Calendar?
You might not have a valid subscription or the necessary permissions on the Microsoft side. The permissions for accessing and managing Outlook Calendar are typically managed at the level of your Office 365 or Microsoft 365 subscription.
I get Approval required when trying to connect my Microsoft Calendar?
If you only have the option to request approval or cancel, it suggests that the application you're using requires additional permissions or access to your Microsoft Graph calendar that have not yet been granted. The approval process needs to be handled by the calendar owner or administrator in this case. It's normally the account or organisation responsible for managing the calendar data. After you select the "Request Approval" button on the "Approval required" page, the request gets sent to the administrator, the administrator will then review it, and you will receive an email notification informing you of the outcome. If the request is approved, you can proceed with accessing the Microsoft Calendar. Read more about this process here.
