Custom fields are a powerful feature in Travelperk that allows Admins to create personalised fields for Users and Bookings.
These fields enable you to collect additional data points for your organisation's travel processes and reporting. This way, you can ensure that your travellers provide all the necessary information when booking a trip and help streamline your reporting.
Custom fields offer three main benefits:
- Storing additional information about trip bookings (e.g., Reason for Travel, Project ids)
- Keeping additional information about users (e.g., departments, employee level, employee role, or organizational structure such as business units)
- Using that information to filter reports and CSV files
