Edit, archive or delete an approval process

  • Only Admins can use this feature

You can edit, delete, archive and unarchive approval processes at any time.

The number of active approval processes you can use depends on your plan. You can have as many archived approval processes as you like.

Editing or deleting an approval process won't affect existing trips and requests. The original approvers can still approve all pending trip requests.

Edit an approval process

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Under Travel Management, select Approval processes
  3. Search for the approval process you want to archive and click the 3 dots 
  4. ClickEdit
  5. Make the changes and click Save changes

 

Archive an approval process

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Under Travel Management, select Approval processes
  3. Search for the approval process you want to archive and click the 3 dots 
  4. Select Archive

You can see a list of your archived approval processes in the Archived tab on the approvals process page.

 

Unarchive an approval process

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Under Travel Management, select Approval processes
  3. Select the Archived tab
  4. Search for the approval process you want to unarchive and click the 3 dots 
  5. Select Unarchive

 

Delete an approval process

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Under Travel Management, select Approval processes
  3. Search for the approval process you want to archive and click the 3 dots 
  4. Select Delete
