Depending on your pricing plan, you can create a certain number of approval processes:
- Starter: 1 active approval process.
- Premium: 10 active approval processes.
- Pro: Unlimited approval processes.
If you have used all of your available approval processes, you have 2 options:
Upgrade to a higher plan
If you upgrade your plan, we'll automatically increase the number of approval processes you can use.

Archive one of your approval processes
Only active approval processes count towards your limit. For all plans, you can keep as many archived approval processes as you like.
Review your approval processes and decide which ones to keep active. Once you archive an approval process, you can create a new one.
