Approval processes are a feature designed to give your company control over your spending and make sure people book in policy.
You can create an approval process by defining who should approve which trips or receive email notifications about them.
Who can use approval processes?
Approval processes are available to all customers. Depending on your pricing plan, you can create up to a certain number of approval processes. Here's a recap of the approval limits by plan:
- Starter: 1 active approval process.
- Premium: 10 active approval processes.
- Pro: Unlimited approval processes.
Good to know: Only "Active" approvals count towards your approval limit. In all plans, you can keep as many “Archived” approvals as you need. They will remain saved as drafts, and you will be able to unarchive them anytime to reactivate them.
