- On the TravelPerk homepage, click Trips
- Find the flight you want to change and click Manage trip
- Select the part of the trip you want to change
- Click Change booking dates, time or route
- Select the flight you want to change
- Enter the date, time and/or route details for the new flight and click Continue
- Select the new flights and click Confirm changes
If we can't show you availability for alternative flights, our team will find you a suitable flight based on your requirements.
We’ll carry over any extras from the original booking and send you a confirmation email when your change is complete.
If your flight can’t be changed
Depending on the type of fare you selected, it might not be possible to change your flight.
If your flight can’t be changed, you’ll be presented with 2 options:
- Create a new booking: we recommend that you cancel your original booking to avoid duplicates. If you want to use part of the booking, be aware that most airlines require travelers to use their first flight or they may cancel the other flights.
- Cancel your booking: check the fare conditions to see if you are entitled to a refund.
