Connecting TravelPerk to Planetly, the leading carbon management company, you’ll be able to monitor and offset all your company footprint in one place. The integration will automatically transfer all information and data about the carbon emissions of your company’s business trips from TravelPerk to Planetly, where they will be added to the rest of emissions from your other company activities. This way you’ll get real-time analyses of your company’s total carbon footprint, as well as the required transparency and tools to reduce it.
Who can use this integration
This integration is available to all Premium and Pro customers in the US and in the EU.
Note: If you are already calculating and offsetting your travel emissions with GreenPerk, the integration will transfer these data into Planetly, so they will be integrated into the overall reporting.

How does the Planetly integration work?
Once you connect Planetly with TravelPerk:
- Any time you book a business trip, TravelPerk will automatically send your travel details to Planetly.
- Planetly’s Carbon Management Platform will calculate the emission of your trip and update in real-time your overall company footprint reporting across scope 1, 2 and 3, in line with the GHG Protocol.
- You will be able to track your emissions in one interactive dashboard, identify hotspots and compare benchmarks.
- Planetly’s reporting will help you set science-based reduction targets for your company and track your performance over time.
How to enable the Planetly integration
Admins can enable the Planetly integration following these steps:
- Go to Company Settings, then Integrations.
- Look for the Planetly integration and click on the “Set up” button.
- Click on the "Enable" button.
Important: If you are already offsetting your carbon footprint with GreenPerk, make sure you notify Planetly so they will accurately account for it in their reporting.
How to disable the Planetly integration
Admins can disable the Planetly integration following these steps:
- Go to Company Settings, then Integrations.
- In the Planetly integration section, click on the “Set up” button.
- Click on the "Disable" button.

Would I get any discount when setting up an account with Planetly?
Yes! Every TravelPerk Premium and Pro customer will get a 50% discount on the Planetly software set-up fee. Just ask your TravelPerk account manager.
As a GreenPerk customer, will I be charged twice for the offsetting of my trips if I connect with Planetly?
No, the integration will transfer all your emission calculation and any offsetting to Planetly, so it will be integrated into the overall reporting.
