To set up the Travel Manager role, you'll need to select or update the user's role on the platform. For bulk uploads using CSV, contact your Account Manager.
You can set up the Travel Manager role for:
Once the Travel Manager is set up, share the Getting started for Travel Managers guide with them.
For new users
- Go to the People page
- Click Invite People
- At the bottom of the form, click add manually
- Enter the traveler's details and under Role, select Travel Manager
- Decide which travelers you want to assign to them - Everyone or Assigned people
- Complete the other settings and click Add person
For existing users
To change the role of an existing user:
- Go to the People page
- Search for the user and click their name
- In the Personal section, click Edit
- Under Role, select Travel Manager
- Decide which travelers you want to assign to them - Everyone or Assigned people
- Click Save profile
