Travel Managers have travelers assigned to them and can:
- Book trips for travelers
- Decide when travelers can skip approval processes
- Review and modify trips
- Edit profile details - except for roles and account settings
Step 1 - Book trips for travelers
When you start a search, type the traveler’s name and select the users you want to book for.

Approvals
Travel managers can skip approval processes and approve trips for travelers assigned to them.
Admins can see which trips skipped the approval process and approvers will be notified of any new bookings for the travelers they normally approve.

Step 2 - Edit your traveler's details
You can edit:
- Travel document details
- Loyalty programs
- Train discount cards
You can't:
- Edit the roles or account settings
- Create or invite new users
To access a traveler's profile, click their name on:
- the homepage, after adding a traveler to the trip
- the Itinerary page
- the Request approval page before asking for approval

Step 3 - Review and modify trips
You can review trips for your assigned travelers by going to the Trips page. Here you can:

If you need to add or remove travelers that you manage, contact an Admin and ask them to follow the instructions on Add or remove travelers assigned to a Travel Manager.
