Integrate AirHelp with TravelPerk

AirHelp is the world’s largest air passenger rights organisation and they help when claiming flight disruption compensation

The integration with TravelPerk allows AirHelp to contact travelers who qualify for compensation and claim refunds on their behalf. You only pay the commission fee after the airline refunds the money. 

All your international business trips in Europe, the UK, the US, Canada and Brazil are covered.

The AirHelp process

  1. AirHelp uses flight data available on TravelPerk to identify when a flight qualifies for compensation.
  2. The affected traveler or their Travel Manager gets an email from AirHelp and can choose if they want to pursue their claim. 
  3. After the traveler confirms they want to proceed with the claim, AirHelp will claim compensation from the airline.
  4. Any reclaimed money is sent straight to the account that the traveler indicated in the AirHelp form.

To use this integration, you must have an account and contract with AirHelp. If you don't have an account, contact AirHelp to create one.  

 

Enable the AirHelp integration

Admins can enable the AirHelp integration following these steps:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Select Integrations
  3. Find the AirHelp integration and click Set up
  4. Click Enable

 

Disable the AirHelp integration

Admins can disable the AirHelp integration following these steps:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Select Integrations
  3. Find the AirHelp integration and click Manage
  4. Click Disable
