- It removes the pain of collecting, comparing and manually matching travel expenses across different tools as expenses in TravelPerk are automatically pulled in Rydoo, saving you time and avoiding costly mistakes!
- It provides real time reporting, which gives visibility on total costs and makes it easier for your business to manage costs and create forecasting.
- It automatically updates the information in Rydoo to reflect any modifications made on TravelPerk.
How does the Rydoo integration work?
- Every time you book a flight, hotels, or other travel services on TravelPerk, the integration automatically creates an expense in Rydoo. For each booking, the integration generates an expense line in Rydoo with the amount, date, and associated TravelPerk PDF invoice. Expenses are matched based on the booker's email address, but manual triggers are also available.
Important: Make sure travelers have the same email address in Travelperk and in Rydoo, so expenses can be associated automatically.
- Users can then complete and submit those expenses in Rydoo.
- Companies can also apply automatic approvals for any expenses created from TravelPerk.
- Modifications and cancellations of bookings will be reflected in Rydoo - information is synced daily - with cancellations generating a negative expense in Rydoo.

How to link your Rydoo account with TravelPerk
Admins can enable the Rydoo integration following these steps:
- Go to Company Settings, then Integrations.
- Look for the Rydoo integration and click on Set up
- Click on Enable.
- At this point you will be directed to your Rydoo account log in to complete the integration.
The integration can also be enabled from your Rydoo account, by going to Admin Settings, then to Integrations, and clicking on Connect in the TravelPerk section. You will be redirected to a TravelPerk widget to authorise Rydoo to access your account in TravelPerk to complete the integration set up.
Important: For the activation, you need to be the admin of both accounts.
Note: For the integration to work smoothly you need to choose "Instant Billing" in your TravelPerk payment settings so that invoices will be created upon booking and synced directly to the traveler's Rydoo account.
How to disable the Rydoo integration
Admins can disable the Circula integration in TravelPerk following these steps:
- Go to Company Settings, then Integrations.
- In the Circula section, click Set Up.
- Click on Disable.

What if I don’t have a Rydoo account?
It’s not a problem, you can create an account with Rydoo in no time. Get in touch with your TravelPerk account manager, and we’ll fast track your account set up with Rydoo.
What will happen to TravelPerk invoices that were issued before the integration was enabled?
The first time you synchronise both accounts, Rydoo will import all past invoices automatically to your employee’s Rydoo profile. After this first sync, only new invoices will be imported.
