Most stays are paid for before arrival, but some hotels may have different payment processes.
We always send you an email before check-in with information about the payment of your stay.
If the hotel hasn’t charged TravelPerk before your arrival, we’ll send you an email with payment instructions. You can also find the instructions on the TravelPerk mobile app.

Note: Extras, incidentals, and city taxes are not included in the room rate and aren't covered by the virtual credit card. You'll need to pay for these separately.
Check-in payment instructions
If you’re asked to pay for the stay at check-in, find the payment email from TravelPerk and show it to the staff.
If the hotel can't find the payment details from TravelPerk, show them the authorized virtual credit card attached to the email we sent you.
If you can't find the payment email from TravelPerk
- Search for an email titled Action needed for your stay at (your hotel) and check your junk folder.
- On the TravelPerk mobile app you can find the payment instructions or resend the payment email to a new address supplied by staff at check-in.
Go to Trips, select the stay and tap Open payment instructions.
- If you can't make the payment after trying all of the steps above, contact our Customer Care team.
If your personal card is charged
Contact our Customer Care team and we'll get in touch with the hotel to arrange a refund.
