Integrating your Circula account with TravelPerk allows you to easily import booking data from TravelPerk to create an expense report in Circula instantly. The Trip ID and dates from TravelPerk are used to automatically create a new expense report in Circula where you can add your out-of-pocket expenses for that trip, thereby creating full visibility of total travel costs for business leaders.

Who can use this integration?
This integration is available to all Premium and Pro users with cost centers in Germany, Czechia and Slovakia.
How does the integration work?
When a trip is booked on TravelPerk, you automatically get a report created in Circula with Trip ID, trips dates, and destinations. This way:
- The report will include a per diem allowance based on your destination.
- The trip dates are used to include any other purchase that falls onto those dates (flights, trains, hotels, etc.) under the same trip, while out-of-pocket expenses that occur while traveling can then be added easily to the same trip. This way you will have a clear picture of the total trip costs.
- Changes made to the booking on TravelPerk will automatically be reflected in the corresponding report in Circula preventing any errors in expense reporting.
- Any additional fees (such as the Premium fee, or the FlexiPerk cancellation policy fee) will show in the expense report for full visibility of actual costs and refunds.
