TravelPerk offers an Invoice Collection Service to simplify VAT recovery for your company. 

For companies that are a part of this service, we'll request and collect outstanding invoices and handle all communications with hotels in supported countries.

To join the Invoice Collection Service and for more information, contact your Account Manager.

The cost of the service is $3.50/£3.50/€3.50 per invoice. 

You can cancel and reactive the service whenever you want. 

 

Supported Countries

The Invoice Collection Service is available in the following countries:

  • Austria

  • Croatia
  • Cyprus
  • Czech Republic
  • Denmark
  • Estonia
  • Finland
  • Germany
  • Hungary
  • Italy
  • Latvia
  • Lithuania
  • Luxembourg
  • Malta
  • Netherlands
  • Norway
  • Romania
  • Slovakia
  • Spain
  • Sweden 
  • Switzerland
  • The United Kingdom (UK)

For stays in other countries, the traveler must request the original invoice at checkout or you'll need to contact the hotel directly to request the invoice.
