You can opt in to the Invoice Collection Service so that TravelPerk collects invoices for you, making it easy for you to reclaim VAT.
When you sign up for this service, TravelPerk handles all communications. We contact the hotel and request any outstanding invoices on your behalf. The Invoice Collection Service is priced at $3.50/£3.50/€3.50 per invoice.

How to cancel the Invoice Collection Service
The Invoice Collection Service is optional and you can cancel it at any time by getting in touch with your account manager to cancel the service. You can reactivate the service whenever you want through your account manager.
If you are going to collect your own invoices, we recommend asking each traveler to request the invoice directly from the hotel reception during check-out. Alternatively, you can call the hotel after the traveler's trip and request the invoice.
