Sometimes, travel doesn't go to plan, and inconveniences can arise when on the road that you'd like to follow up on once back home.
We know it can be really tiring to raise complaints to any operator such as an airline, hotel, train, or car rental company. While we’d love to help you as much as possible, what we’re allowed to do in these circumstances is very limited. Due to data security policies, personal complaints to any operator need to be done by the traveler themselves (that's you). As we’re a third party, we’re unfortunately not allowed to get involved.
These complaints may be about lost luggage, delayed or missed connections due to a fault of the operator, compensation claims, or complaints about the staff. Please note, any compensation for these types of complaints goes to you, the traveler (and not your company).
If the operator in question agrees to refund the ticket or reservation, please reach out to us so we can take care of it and make sure the money goes back to your company.
