TravelPerk cannot submit personal complaints on behalf of travelers.
If your travel didn't go as planned, and you'd like to file a complaint, you'll need to do this yourself. This includes complaints about:
- lost luggage
- delayed or missed connections
- compensation claims
- issues with staff
Note: Any compensation for these types of complaints goes to you and not your company.
If the operator agrees to give you a refund for the ticket or reservation, contact us and we'll make sure the money goes back to your company.
