Filing a personal complaint

TravelPerk cannot submit personal complaints on behalf of travelers.

If your travel didn't go as planned and you'd like to file a complaint, you'll need to do this yourself.
This includes complaints about:

  • lost luggage
  • delayed or missed connections
  • compensation claims
  • issues with staff 

Any compensation for these complaints goes to you and not your company.

If you get a refund for the ticket or reservation, contact us and we'll make sure the money goes back to your company.
