Manage expenses with budgets

  • You need a Pro or Premium account to use this feature

Budgets help you to manage expenses for specific cost centers.

Depending on your plan you'll have a certain number of budgets:

  • Premium: 5 budgets
  • Pro: Unlimited budgets

With budgets, you can:

  • set the budget amount
  • check how much has been spent
  • select who is responsible for managing the budget
  • receive notifications when a certain amount has been spent
  • receive regular reports

If any of the travelers on a trip require approval, the approver can see the remaining budget before approving any trips. The budget owner will also receive notifications when a certain amount has been spent.

VAT and refunds are included in the budget calculations.
