If you have a Premium account, you can set up a maximum of 5 budgets. If you need more budgets, you will need to upgrade to the Pro account.
With budgets, you can:
- Allocate a maximum spend per cost center
- Display the current budget status to approvers during trip bookings, helping them to make informed decisions based on the budget already spent before confirming any further bookings
- Receive compliance reports at the end of a designated period
If you have an approval process for any of the travelers on the trip, the approver will be able to see the remaining budget before approving any trips. The budget owner will also receive notifications when specific budget milestones are reached (e.g., 50% spend).
