Yes! If you are a Premium customer, you can trial Premium+ for 30 days, at the cost of your existing Premium subscription. If you are on the Free plan and want to trial Premium+, get in touch with sales.
I am only interested in the budgeting feature/expenses API, can I pay separately for that without upgrading to Premium+?
No, you cannot sign up for these features separately. They are only offered as part of the whole Premium+ plan.
