Top-up payment profiles let you add funds to your account in advance and use them to pay for future bookings. This is an alternative to paying directly with a credit card.
Your payment profile currency must be EUR, GBP or USD and the company associated with the profile must be in the United Kingdom, the EU (excluding Germany) or the US.
To sign up for top-up payment profiles, get in touch with your Account Manager or email sales@travelperk.com.
Top-up your payment profiles
If you want to add funds to your payment profile, you'll need to email accounting@travelperk.com with the top-up details.
Once we receive your funds, we'll credit your TravelPerk account and when you book a trip we'll debit your account.
For refunds, we'll credit the amount to your account, issue a credit note and include it on your next invoice.
Monitoring your account balance
- We'll notify you when there is a top-up on your account and when your balance falls below your chosen level.
- You can decide when you receive your invoices - instantly, weekly, biweekly or monthly.
- You can withdraw funds from your account once a quarter.
