Once your SSO connection is linked to your identity provider, your company will have a dedicated login page, where employees can sign in to TravelPerk using SSO.
You can customize your SSO settings in the following ways:
- Turn on SSO
- Corporate sign-in URL
- SSO only and Admin override for SSO only
- All user creation
- Allow user update
- Customize your company sign-in button
- Delete integration
Turn on SSO
This activates SSO for your TravelPerk account. This will publish the corporate login URL and allow your company to sign in using your identity provider.
Corporate sign-in URL
This is the unique URL for your company to sign in to TravelPerk.
SSO only
Users can only sign in using your identity provider, they will not be able to sign in using the one-time access code.
Admin override for SSO only
If you selected the SSO only option, Admin override allows Admins to sign in using your identity provider and with the one-time access code.
We recommend enabling the Admin override whilst configuring the integration. If you get locked out of your TravelPerk account, please contact your Account Manager.
All user creation
New users that sign in to TravelPerk with their identity provider credentials will have their TravelPerk account automatically created (just-in-time user provisioning).
When creating the account, we'll use the first name, last name and email - which will also be the username.
If you want to be informed every time a new user is created from SSO, check the Let company admins know via email when someone creates an account box.
Note: Even with automatic user creation, you will still need to introduce some user information manually, such as Cost centers and Invoice profiles.
Allow user updates
Allows TravelPerk account information to be automatically updated to match information on the identity provider. First name, last name, and emails will be kept up to date.
Customize your company sign-in button
Edit the text for the button shown to your users on the corporate login page.
Delete Integration
To delete the SSO integration and configurations:
- Go to Account settings
- Select Integrations
- Go to Single sign-on (SSO) and click Manage
- Click Delete integration and then Confirm
