Restrict access to payment cards

There are 2 types of credit or debit cards you can use on TravelPerk: 

  • a personal card that only you can see at the checkout 
  • a company card that you can decide to share with the whole company or specific travelers

Travel Managers and Admins have access to all company cards, but only Admins can add them. For more information, see Create, edit, delete or archive a payment profile.

 

Change access to a company card

Admins can choose the restriction level for a payment card when they create a payment profile and change it anytime. 

To change the restriction level for a payment card, follow these steps:

  1.  Go to Account Settings
  2. Under Account, select Payment profiles
  3. Select the profile you want to edit
  4. Under Permissions, click Edit
  5. Select Everyone in this company or Specific people in this company
  6. If you select Specific people in this company, search for and add the travelers
  7. Click Save permissions
