Travelers
To link your profile with a company account on TravelPerk, you'll need to sign up using an invite or welcome email from your company Admin.
If you did not receive an invite or welcome email, contact one of your company's Admins.
Admins
If you try to add a traveler and get an error message that the email address already has an account, it usually means that this person has signed up as a new company instead of using the invite or welcome email.
You'll need to contact us so that we can switch the profile to your company so that all of your company settings are applied.
