When you book a train with us, you'll always receive a confirmation email with the details of your journey and booking reference.
From there, how you get your ticket will depend on which train operator you are traveling with:

Deutsche Bahn tickets
When you receive your confirmation email from TravelPerk, your Deutsche Bahn e-ticket will be attached as a PDF.
To board the train you should:

When you receive your confirmation email from TravelPerk, your Eurostar e-ticket will be attached as a PDF.

Trenitalia
The booking reference in your confirmation email acts as an electronic ticket. Meaning you don't have to print anything to board the train! Just show your booking reference.
Renfe, Thalys, Italo, NS International and SNCF tickets
When you receive your confirmation email from TravelPerk, your e-ticket will be attached as a PDF.
To board the train you can:
- Present the PDF e-ticket on your mobile phone
- Print the PDF e-ticket on paper

Trainline UK
For UK trains, there are 2 possible delivery methods at the moment:
- Collect at the station
- eTickets
The delivery methods mobile ticket, post or corporate printer are not possible yet.
Collecting at the station
You can collect your ticket using any card or using your ticket collection reference.
Your collection reference...
- Is eight digits long and is made up of numbers and letters (e.g. XZ47B89P).
- Is shown on your Trip confirmation email that we send you once you’ve made a booking.
eTickets
