An electronic ticket (eTicket) will be attached as a PDF to your booking confirmation email.

An eTicket will be attached as a PDF to your booking confirmation email.
You can either:

- use the booking reference to print paper tickets at a self-service machine.
Trenitalia
The booking reference in your confirmation email is your ticket. You’ll need to show your booking reference when asked - there’s no need to print or download a ticket.
UK trains
When booking a UK train, there are two methods of ticket delivery to choose from:
1. Collect at the station
You can collect your ticket from the self-service machines at the station using the ticket collection reference shown in your confirmation email and any debit/credit card.
2. Electronic tickets (eTickets)
Your eTicket is attached to the confirmation email or can be downloaded from the TravelPerk app and saved as a PDF or image. You can show this to ticket inspectors and scan it at ticket gates. For more information about eTickets, read this article: Electronic Tickets (eTickets)
