The processing of your professional or corporate contact details in relation with maintaining TravelPerk's relationship with the company, institution or organisation you work for or collaborate with serves a legitimate interest of our company, expressly acknowledged by the privacy regulations.

Your data may be disclosed to the recipients specified below for the reasons also specified below:

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS AND AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
TravelPerk does not adopt any decisions that could affect you based solely on automated processing of your personal data. All decision-making processes related to the aforementioned purposes of processing are carried out with the involvement of a human being.
TravelPerk uses services rendered by technological providers located in countries that do not have regulations equivalent to the European regulations. Its use of these services meets all the requirements set by the data protection regulations, with the guarantees and safeguards required to protect your privacy being applied to transfers of your data.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
Your data will be kept for as long as your relationship withTravelPerk continues and once such relationship is terminated for any reason, they will be kept for the applicable legal statutes of limitations. In such case, the data will only be processed to provide evidence of our having fulfilled our legal or contractual obligations. Once such statutes of limitations have ended, their data will be deleted or, alternatively, anonymised.
