You can sign in to the TravelPerk mobile app using your work email or with a Google account.
Sign in with Google
Once you are signed up to TravelPerk, you can use a Google account to sign in to the mobile app.
You need to be registered with the same email address on TravelPerk as you use to sign in to Google.
- Go to your TravelPerk mobile app
- Click Sign in with Google
- Choose an account
Sign in with email
Every time you sign in to the TravelPerk mobile app we’ll email you a one-time access code that you must enter to access the app.
This is a part of our authentication process in partnership with industry leader Auth0.
- Go to your TravelPerk mobile app
- Enter your work email address and click Continue
- Check your inbox for an email containing the access code
- On the mobile app, enter the code and click Continue
Trouble signing in
Here are some tips you can try:
- Make sure your app is up-to-date. Check the App Store or Play Store to see if there is an Update button.
- Restart the app. Close it and remove it from your open apps tab. Reopen the app by tapping the TravelPerk icon.
- Turn your phone off and on again.
- Check if the account requires you to sign in with SSO. If SSO is required, try to sign in using your company’s SSO method.
- If you can’t find the access code, check all your email inboxes, including your spam, or try searching for login@travelperk.com in your inbox.
- Open the browser on your mobile, go to TravelPerk’s website, and try to sign in with the same email. If it works, contact us.
- Contact your company's IT department to see if there is a problem with your account or the way it is configured on your smartphone.
