Company Admins can create different travel policies and assign them to their users to help manage spending. If you want to see what the terms of your travel policy are, follow these steps:
- Go to the dropdown in the far right corner and select Your Profile
- Scroll down in the user panel, under Company Settings you will see the title Travel Policy.
- If you have been assigned a travel policy, it will show up here. Click on the question mark symbol next to the policy.
- You will see the details of your travel policy.
If you don't have a travel policy assigned, it will display Not assigned to any. This means you can book your trips without any price, star rating or cabin class restrictions.
Good to know: If you want to change your travel policy, get in contact with your company admin.
