If you're an admin
You can create different travel policies and assign them to people in your company to help manage travel spend. You can see your own travel policy—as well as others' policies—from the People page.
- Go to People on the top menu
- Search for yourself or a member of your team, then click on the name to reveal the user panel
- Scroll down in the user panel, and under Company settings, you'll see the Travel policy. If the selected person has a travel policy assigned, it will show up here.
- Press the question mark symbol next to the policy to expand the policy details
- You'll be able to see the travel policy for flights, trains, hotels, and cars.
If there is no travel policy assigned, it means this person can book trips without any price, star rating, or cabin class restrictions.
If you're a traveler
Follow these steps to find your travel policy.
- Go to your initial icon or picture in the top right-hand corner
- Press Your profile to open the user panel
- Scroll down in the user panel, and under Company settings, you'll see the Travel policy. If you have one assigned, it will show up here.
- Press the question mark symbol next to the policy to expand the policy details
- You'll be able to see your travel policy for flights, trains, hotels, and cars.
Good to know: if you want to change your travel policy, you'll need to contact your company admin.
