If your flight has been canceled, follow these steps:
- Go to your TravelPerk confirmation email or the Trips page and find your Booking Reference and Check-in email
- Go to the airline's website and access your booking using the Booking Reference
- Check which options are available - generally, you can apply for a refund immediately.
- If you need assistance or you want help to book a new flight or other transport, contact us.
To claim compensation for a canceled flight, the passenger needs to contact the airline directly. You can also contact AirHelp, our trusted partner who can help with compensation claims.
Tip: If your flight has been canceled and you are already at the airport, go to the airline counter and ask about your options.
