Canceled flights

If your flight has been canceled, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your TravelPerk confirmation email or the Trips page and find your Booking Reference and Check-in email
  2. Go to the airline's website and access your booking using the Booking Reference
  3. Check which options are available - generally, you can apply for a refund immediately.
  4. If you need assistance or you want help to book a new flight or other transport, contact us.

To claim compensation for a canceled flight, the passenger needs to contact the airline directly. You can also contact AirHelp, our trusted partner who can help with compensation claims. 

If your flight has been canceled and you are already at the airport, go to the airline counter and ask about your options.
