When an Admin or Travel Manager books a trip with multiple travellers who have different travel policies, they can select which policy will apply. 

Once you've selected the travellers, the Travel policy section will appear and you can select the travel policy you want from the drop-down list. The selected policy will apply to all travellers on the trip. 



 

When the booker is not an Admin or Travel Manager, the travel policy of the first traveller will be used.
