To find the booking or fare conditions for a trip, follow these steps:
- Go to the Trips page and select the trip you want to check
- At the bottom of the booking information, you might find some of the conditions
- If the conditions aren't displayed, click Manage booking
- Click Cancel the booking or Change booking dates, time or route
- The conditions will be displayed - here are a few examples for different types of trips
