You can correct the spelling of your name using our Manage Trip form. If you want to update other personal information for a trip that is already booked, contact our Customer Care team.
This includes your date of birth, travel documents, frequent flyer numbers and other loyalty programs.
Make sure that your profile is up to date with your name, date of birth, country of residence, contact number, travel documents, loyalty programs and discount cards.

Correct a name
If your name doesn't appear correctly on a booking, you can correct the spelling yourself. If your ticket has already been issued, contact our Customer Care team.
To correct a name, follow these steps:
- Go to the Trips page
- Find the trip you want to change or cancel and click Manage trip
- Select the part of the trip you want to change
- Select Correct names
- Select the traveller you want to correct and enter their name. You can also add a message.
- Click Continue
