WorkFlex simplifies global mobility compliance by managing A1 certificates, visas, Posted Worker Declarations (PWDs), tax requirements and remote work regulations for international business travel.

With TravelPerk's integration, trip details are automatically sent to WorkFlex, triggering compliance checks and document generation. This ensures seamless support for employees working abroad, including:

Comprehensive Compliance: Social security, tax, immigration, labor laws and data security across jurisdictions.
Automated Risk & Document Management: Instantly assesses risks and generates essential documents like Posted Worker notifications, A1 and coverage certificates.
No-Risk Coverage: Provides 24/7 compliance consultation, professional support and financial liability coverage for approved trips.

The WorkFlex Process

Trip details from TravelPerk are automatically sent to WorkFlex.
WorkFlex assesses compliance risks and implements mitigation measures, including automatic document generation.
WorkFlex assumes legal and financial liability for any compliance issues during the trip.

Note: To use this integration, you must have an Admin HR account and contract with WorkFlex. If you don't have an account, contact WorkFlex to create one.

Enable the WorkFlex Integration

Admins can enable the WorkFlex integration following these steps:

Go to Account Settings
Select Integrations
Find the WorkFlex integration and click Set up
Click Enable
Log in to WorkFlex
Go to Company Setting and select TravelPerk. On the Manage TravelPerk integration page click Connect.
On TravelPerk, click Authorize app
Once set up, trips will start appearing on WorkFlex
