TravelPerk can’t support these requests on your behalf as they generally involve sensitive personal information and we are not trained insurance professionals.
TravelPerk can only manage the following requests for medical and baggage insurance:
- Cancelations of the insurance
- If the airline cancels or changes your flight
For all other inquiries, you’ll need to contact Battleface directly.
If you book your trip on the same day you’re traveling, you can’t make a claim for 24 hours. But you’ll still be covered on the day.
Robin Assist
Robin Assist is part of Battleface and they provide 24/7 customer service, claims, emergency travel and medical assistance. They can help arrange emergency medical evacuation, find doctors worldwide and other emergency arrangements.

Make a claim
To make a claim based on your medical or baggage insurance policy, follow these steps:
- Go to the Trips page
- Select the trip you want to make a claim for
- Click Make a claim
- You’ll be redirected to the Battleface claim management platform
- Make sure to add as much information as possible and any relevant receipts or proof of payment
