As an Analyst, you can do everything a traveler can, plus see and download invoices and reports on the Invoices and Reporting pages.
Invoices
On the Invoices page, you can see all of your invoices from TravelPerk and you can filter them in the following ways:
- Status: All, Paid or Unpaid
- Payment profiles: All profiles or specific profiles
- Time frame: Specific month, quarter, year, year to date (YTD) or all time
Depending on where your company is registered, you'll recieve different billing documents and invoices from TravelPerk's entities.
- European Union (EU): Invoiced by TravelPerk S.L with INV-01, INV-02 and INV-03 billing documents.
- United States of America (USA): Invoiced by TravelPerk America Inc. with INV-04 invoices.
- United Kingdom (UK): Invoiced by TravelPerk UK IRL Limited with INV-05 invoices.

You can select how often and when you receive your invoices. For more information, see Change the invoice frequency.
Credit notes
Credit notes are refunds issued by TravelPerk. When we get a refund from an airline, hotel, train or rental car company, a credit note will be added to your account.
Credit notes are assigned to the payment profile used for the booking. You'll pay the amount on the invoice minus the credit notes for that payment profile.
Credit limits
Direct debit and bank transfer payment profiles have a credit limit, which is the maximum amount you can spend during your billing cycle. Once we receive payment at the end of each billing cycle, the credit limit is renewed.
EU VAT Recovery
TravelPerk offers an Invoice Collection Service to simplify VAT recovery for your company.
We'll request and collect outstanding invoices and handle all communications with hotels in supported countries. At the end of each month, we'll share the collected invoices with you.

Reporting
On the Reporting page, you can create reports and download reports to analyze data about:
- Travel insights - travel in a selected time period
- Travel management - travel activity and behaviors
- Sustainability - CO₂ emissions by service
- Travel spend - total expense trends
All reports can be filtered for a specific time period and based on the expense date or service start date. You also have a range of other options, including filtering by payment profile, cost center and custom fields.
We'll provide you with graphics, such as pie charts, bar graphs and tables with specific information about services and individual trips.
The Reporting page is updated every 24 hours in the morning, based on the Central European timezone.
Business Insights
You can also use Business Insights, our AI-powered reporting tool, to help you understand and analyze your travel data.
It can provide in-depth analysis by answering your questions and creating detailed reports in CSV format.

Scheduling report
If you need a report regularly, you can schedule it to be delivered daily, monthly, weekly or at a custom time period. To schedule reports, open the report, click the three dots next to the filters, and select Schedule delivery.
You can adjust the settings and filters to suit your needs.
Matching invoices to reports
If you want to match your invoices with your reports, we recommend using the Traveler/Trip spending table in the Travel Insights section. This table gives you all the information you need about each trip.
- Go to the Reporting page
- On the Travel insights section, click See full report
- You'll find the Traveler/Trip spending table
