The Ramp integration
Ramp is a finance automation platform that can save your business time and money. You get an all-in-one travel, corporate card and expense management solutions for free.
The integration lets you choose which cost fields travelers have to fill when booking on TravelPerk.
Ramp can only import new invoices. To import past invoices, contact the Ramp team.
Bookings made using a Ramp card are automatically added to your Ramp account.
- A booking is made on TravelPerk using a Ramp card.
- The Ramp integration forwards all the trip costs to receipts+travelperk@ramp.com.
- A new expense is instantly created for the traveler in their Ramp inbox, with all information conveniently pre-filled to help add it to a Ramp report.
Note: Depending on your invoice profile billing cycle, instant, bi-weekly or monthly, you might receive expenses before an invoice has been generated.
Enable the Ramp integration
You must be an Admin for TravelPerk and have Developer permissions on Ramp.
Note: The Admin who enables the integration needs to remain an active Admin on both platforms for the integration to continue working.
To enable the Ramp integration, follow these steps:
- Go to Account Settings and select Integrations
- Find the Ramp integration and click Set up
- Click Enable
- Log in to your Ramp account and authorize TravelPerk to have access to your Ramp account
- Go back to the Ramp integration and click Manage, then select the Settings tab

Select the cost fields you want travelers to fill in when booking on TravelPerk. All unselected cost objects will be archived and won't be visible to travelers.
- Click Sync cost objects
- We'll let you know when new cost objects are available and you can select which ones you want to sync with TravelPerk on the Integrations page
Note: Make sure all employees use the same email address in TravelPerk and Ramp to match transactions easily.
Disable the Ramp integration
Admins can disable the Ramp integration by following these steps:
- Go to Account Settings
- Select Integrations
- Find the Ramp integration and click Manage
- Click Disable
