No approval needed processes allow travelers to book trips or make changes to trips without approval. You can choose to have notifications sent to someone when new trips are booked.

To set up a no approval needed process, follow these steps:
- Go to Account settings
- Under Travel management, select Approval processes
- Click New approval process

Give the approval process a name and select who the process is for
- Under Is approval needed when booking?, select No
- If you want to receive notifications about their bookings, click Add notification rule
- Click select person and type or select who will receive notifications
- Click select setting and choose which types of bookings you want notifications sent for. In-policy and out-of-policy rules depend on your travel policies.
- If you want notifications sent for specific cost centers, click + when, select the cost center and then click Create approval process
