The UK government requires all Eurostar passengers traveling to and from London to provide additional information before they can access their tickets.
You'll need to provide the following Advanced Passenger Information(API):
- Nationality
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Passport details
If your profile is updated with all of this information, we can add these details when making your booking.
If your profile is not updated, we'll contact you to get the details or you can add them yourself on the Eurostar website.
To update your TravelPerk profile, follow the instructions on Edit your profile.
Adding API on the Eurostar website
To add your API on the Eurostar website, follow these steps:
- Find your Booking reference (PNR) on your TravelPerk confirmation email or the Trips page
- Go to the Eurostar website
- Enter your Booking reference and Last name, then click View booking
- Under Booking options, click Add passenger information
- Next to your name, click information required
- Enter your passport details, gender and date of birth, then click Save Passenger information
- Download your train ticket
