All users except Guests can book trips for other people on the TravelPerk website. The person you want to book for must have a profile on your company's TravelPerk account.
If you're an Admin, you can create a new profile during the booking process. For more information, see Add a new user to your account.
On the mobile app, you can only book a trip for someone else if they are traveling with you.
Book a trip for someone else
To book a trip for someone else on the TravelPerk website:
- Enter the details of the trip
- In the Add First Traveler box, type the person's name or email and click their name to add them to the trip
- Click Search
- Select the services you want to book
- Select the invoicing details and payment method, then click Confirm payment
Depending on the person's account settings, you might have to add labels, cost centers and/or ask for approval.
Once the trip is approved or confirmed, the booker and the traveler will receive a confirmation email.
Book a trip for someone else using the Concierge
You need a Premium or Pro account to use the Concierge service.
To book a trip for someone else using the Concierge service:
- Go to the Concierge tab
- Select the type of service you want to book
- In the Add First Traveler box, type the person's name or email and click their name to add them to the trip
- Complete the Concierge form and click Send Request
