When you set up the Travel Manager role, you'll be asked to assign travelers to them. You can add and remove travelers they manage at any time.
For bulk uploads using CSV, contact your Account Manager.
To add or remove travelers assigned to a Travel Manager, follow these steps:
- Go to the People page
- Search for the Travel Manager and click their name
- In the Personal section, click Edit
- Under Role, go to Select who the Travel Manager can manage and select Assigned people
- Type the traveler's name in the Search for a person box and click their name to add them
- To remove the user from the Travel Manager, click the X next to the traveler's name
- Click Save profile
