You can change rental car bookings yourself on the TravelPerk platform.
Most changes can be completed automatically without contacting our Customer Care team.
Note: If you have already picked up your car and want to shorten or extend the rental, you must contact the pick-up office directly.
Change a rental car booking
- On the TravelPerk homepage, click Trips
- Find the trip you want to change and click Manage trip

Select the booking you want to change
- Click Change booking dates or times
- Enter the new dates and/or times and click Search availability
- Find your preferred option and click See details
- Check the rental details and conditions, then click Select car
- Review the summary and click Confirm change
If we can't show you availability for alternative car rentals, we'll send your request to our team. They'll find a suitable option based on your request and contact you with the details.
Rental cars that can't be changed
Changing your rental car might not be possible depending on the rental company, conditions and/or date.
If your rental car can't be changed, you can cancel the booking and create a new one.
Once the pickup date and time have passed, we can't help you change your rental car booking.
If you don't pick up the car, the company will automatically cancel your reservation and may charge a no-show fee.
